Our Mission

The Trumbull County Planning Commission is an organization founded to guide the unincorporated areas of Trumbull County as a planning and decision-making resource. Agency staff provides the county and its municipalities, regional agencies, and not-for-profit corporations with such services as:

Acting from the county seat in the city of Warren, we at the Trumbull County Planning Commission continue our efforts to revitalize and encourage strategic growth for our existing clients and look forward to extending that same enthusiasm to those still in need of a helping hand.

Members of the Commission

The members of the Board consist of Trumbull County's three County Commissioners and eight additional members who are appointed at their discretion. The Board meets at 9:00 A.M. on the second Tuesday of every month, in the Planning Commission's conference room. The minutes for past meetings may be found here.

Accommodation Requests

Trumbull County will provide a sign language or language interpreter upon request for all persons with auditory disabilities or for those unable to speak English; accommodations will be made available as requested for public meetings and appointments made with county offices.

Translation of information brochures, applications, and any other public document into the primary language of a person unable to read English is available upon request.

For persons with visual impairments - Braille translations, large print versions, and audio recordings of information brochures, applications, and public documents can be made upon request for any program administered by Trumbull County.
