Community Housing Improvement Program
Thank you for your interest in the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP). Trumbull County has received FY2015 funds from the Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA) through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) to provide financial assistance to qualified homeowners in Trumbull County whose household incomes fall at or below 80% of the area median income. The purpose of the program is to improve existing housing conditions, correct code violations and deficiencies, create a safe living environment, and revitalize neighborhoods in Trumbull County. All funds for CHIP have been committed. Please check back on November 9, 2015 if you are interested in applying for funding.
